Artificial intelligence poverty. The Czechia must invest in language models in the coming years

The Industrial Revolution of the 19th century left us with a vast public infrastructure. Roads were built – actually the first proper roads since the fall of the Roman Empire. Railways, ports, lighthouses, schools and universities, libraries, and later airports were built. A vast set of infrastructure emerged that could be used under fair and transparent conditions, often free of charge.
