Gunzburg spoke about the start of research on a coronavirus vaccine for children

Clinical trials of a coronavirus vaccine for children aged six to 11 inclusive will start soon. This was announced on January 14 by the director of the Gamaleya Center Alexander Gunzburg in an interview with TASS.

As the scientist explained, he has already signed the documents necessary for research with companies that will be directly involved in this process. Research, according to Gunzburg, will start in the near future.

Recall that the documents for obtaining permission to conduct clinical trials of a coronavirus vaccine for children from six to 11 years old, inclusive, were submitted by the Gamaleya Center to the Ministry of Health at the end of November 2021. In early December, the head of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Murashko, specified that research would start in early 2022…
