The total cumulative total since the start of operations, the amount of targeted deductions from holding lotteries under the Stoloto brand amounted to 19.1 billion rubles, and the volume of transferred deductions and fees to the budgets of different levels of the Russian Federation (including targeted deductions and taxes) amounted to 41.2 billion rubles.
The total amount of the raffled prize fund in state lotteries under the Stoloto brand for the first six months of 2022 amounted to 20.3 billion rubles, and the total number of winning lottery tickets for January-June 2022 amounted to 96.6 million pieces.
The number of participants in state lotteries distributed under the Stoloto brand, who became millionaire winners in the first half of 2022, amounted to 570 people. The winners of the Russian Lotto New Year’s draw received the largest prizes: on January 1, 2022, the 1421st draw brought two lucky ticket holders from the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Crimea 500 million rubles each.
Since 2014, all lotteries in Russia have been state-owned, they are organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, and they are held under the state supervision of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. State lotteries under the Stoloto brand are a significant source of replenishment of the budgets of different levels of the Russian Federation in order to finance socially significant objects and events, including events for the development of physical culture and sports, elite sports and the sports reserve training system – thus making a commensurate contribution to improving the quality of life of Russians.
