More than 2 million Kuban residents have decided on the way to maintain their work book :: News

Over 500 thousand working residents of the Krasnodar Territory have switched to electronic work books. Employees who have written an application for the preservation of a work book in paper format retain the right to subsequently submit to the employer a written application for the provision of information about work activities in electronic form.

According to the current legislation, employees who have not written a corresponding application are left with a paper work book. Employees who chose the electronic format received a paper work book in their hands and must keep it on their own, as an official document confirming all previous work experience.

“Currently, the entire length of service of an employee is entered into electronic work books, which is available to both the employee and employers. The advantage of maintaining a digital document is that it cannot be lost. The size of the raging pension and other social benefits depends on the safety of data on seniority. In addition, the electronic document facilitates the process of remote employment. Since the employer can receive all information about the future employee in electronic form. All received data on the experience are certified by an electronic signature, ”commented Deputy of the State Duma Svetlana Bessarab.
