When I first entered the Rostov circus, I got the feeling that I was in a museum or a theater, an atypical circus! I think that in Russia there is no more beautiful circus building, especially since it is an object of the cultural heritage of Russia, of regional significance. The circus is a territory of family values. We will continue to delight fans of our art with unique programs and give positive emotions to viewers of all ages”, –– shared the director of the Rostov circus Irina Yurkova.
The Rostov State Circus was built according to the project of architects G. A. Petrov and A. V. Barulin. The building is designed for 1,490 seats and for a long time was the largest circus in Europe. It is an object of cultural heritage. The Durovs, Zapashnys, Kio, Ivan Poddubny, Oleg Popov, and many other famous artists performed at the arena of the Rostov Circus.
