HeadHunter: 3% of all vacancies in Russia for system administrators are placed in Kuban :: News

Russian companies needed almost 4,000 system administrators in July. This is 58% more than last year.

hh.ru experts found that the demand for system administrators grew by 58% year-on-year. Moreover, in fourteen sectors of the labor market, the need for these specialists exceeded 50% compared to 2021. In Kuban, the share of offers for system administrators in July amounted to 3% of the total number of vacancies in the Russian Federation – this is the fourth place in the country.

The easiest way to find a job as a system administrator, judging by the number of vacancies in July, is in Moscow (29% of jobs), St. Petersburg (10%) and Tatarstan (5%).

In terms of industries, employers from the IT industry traditionally demonstrate the greatest demand for system administrators: 23% of all job offers fall on this sector. In second place in terms of the share of vacancies for these specialists are retail companies (10%), in third place are the financial sector and construction companies (6% in each region).

At the same time, the increase in the number of vacancies per year for system administrators is most pronounced (more than 50%) among employers in the sectors “Services for the population” (+118% in July for the year), “State organizations” (+114%), “Agriculture” (+ 103%), Financial Sector (+94%), as well as restaurant and hotel business (+93%).
