Weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine are remotely repaired from Poland

There are 55 specialists from the USA in Poland who lead the process of remote weapon repairprovided by the West to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Everything happens with the help of special secure messengers. This publication tells The Wall Street Journal.

It is noted that there is a group of chats for each weapon system. There is a dialogue about repair or more competent use. In the same way, the operations that Ukrainian specialists can do on the spot are coordinated.

So it was possible to remotely bring the HIMARS installation back to life, cites the example of WSJ.

The publication concludes that such repairs were quite effective. However, the authors of the article add that the weapons would last longer if they were repaired by local specialists directly on the spot.
