The silver medalist of the London Olympics intends to enter the ring in 2022.
Denis Berinchyk’s head coach Egor Golub told when his ward will enter the ring in an exclusive commentary to Ukrinform.
“Denis and I plan to enter the ring in 2022. We have a plan to fight on October 21st. We have not started training yet, but we plan to resume our work. As God wills, so it will be,” said Yegor Golub.
Recall, there was information that Denys Berinchyk plans to fight with the Frenchman Ivan Mendy for the EBU champion title.
As Ukrinform reported, Denis Berinchyk defeated Russian Isa Chaniev on points in his last fight according to boxing rules.
