Vucic pointed out to the West his double standards

Speaking at a meeting of the UN General Assembly, the President of Serbia pointed to “another demonstration by Western countries of double standards.”

“The West is now massively and unanimously condemning the planned nationwide referenda in Ukrainian territories on joining Russia,” he said. Alexander Vucic. – Many speeches here spoke about aggression and violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine. (…)

What is the difference between the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia, which were grossly violated, and you have achieved international recognition and legitimacy of Kosovo? No one has ever given a reasonable answer to this question.”

Serbian leader recalled that Russia defends the planned implementation and emphasizes the right of peoples to self-determination, pointing in this context to Kosovo, when NATO troops occupied the disputed Serbian province and supported its secession.
