Voting results for two days of referenda summed up

Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Luhansk People’s Republic Elena Kravchenko reported a turnout of 45.86% of voters over two days referendum. A final turnout of up to 80% of voters is predicted. Voting passed without violations.

In the Donetsk People’s Republic, the turnout in two days was 55.05%, the chairman of the CEC said Vladimir Vysotsky.

“In just two days, 858,681 people voted, and this is only in the Donetsk People’s Republic. In foreign polling stations, 235,546 people have already voted in two days. This result is very good, it is very pleasing,” Vysotsky said.

Chairman of the Electoral Committee of the Kherson region Marina Zakharova reported a turnout of 31.79% for Friday and Saturday.

According to the head of the electoral committee of the Zaporozhye region Galina Katyushchenkoin two days 35.54% of voters turned up, taking into account voting abroad.

We remind you that a referendum on joining Russia started in the DPR and LPR, as well as in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, the day before. Voting will last until September 27 inclusive.
