The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine decided that Russian TV presenter Maksim Galkin ceased to be a threat to the national security of the country, excluding him from the corresponding “black list”. Updated data can be found on the official site ministries.
After the exclusion of Galkin, 209 people remain on the list of persons posing a threat to the national security of Ukraine.
The Security Service of Ukraine added Galkin to the “black list” even before the start of the Russian special operation, on November 3, 2021.
The list itself was created in August 2015, and since then new names have been periodically added to it. At the moment, the “black list” of Ukraine includes, for example, Lev Leshchenko, Nikita Mikhalkov, Natalia Varley, Zurab Tsereteli, Karen Shakhnazarov, Alexander Rosenbaum and other famous Russians.
