Two killed in attack on hotel complex in occupied Melitopol

Moscow, Dec 11 (EFE)- Two people have died and another ten have been injured in an alleged attack last night by the Ukrainian Armed Forces with Himars missiles against a hotel complex on the outskirts of Melitopol, in the southern region of Zaporizhia, reported the governor imposed by Russia, Yevgueni Balitski.

The attack occurred at 9:00 p.m. local time (7:00 p.m. GMT) against some cabins, the pro-Russian politician said on his Telegram account.

According to Balitski’s version, there were four shots from Ukrainian missiles against the hotel complex.

Anti-aircraft defenses shot down two, but four others hit their target.

“The complex was completely destroyed. People were having dinner at this time and there were workers,” wrote the acting governor of Zaporizhia, a Ukrainian province illegally annexed by Russia last September.

Balitski explained that, according to preliminary data, there were two dead and ten wounded. EFE
