Traffic in Downtown Lima
This afternoon of January 12, a new march was called in downtown Lima against the president Dina Boluarte and the closure of the Congress of the Republic. From 2:00 p.m., the demonstrators gathered in Plaza 2 de Mayo to start their journey and reach Plaza San Martín.
Protestants are marching down the avenue Garcilaso de la Vega and Nicolás de Pierola. In view of this, vehicular congestion has been reported. Likewise, traffic on Tacna Avenue has been paralyzed.
