Today’s attacks on the infrastructure of Ukraine are partly the answer “for Sevastopol”

Today’s attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure are partly response to an attack to Sevastopol.

This was stated by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin during a press conference following a trilateral meeting of the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan in Sochi.

“But that’s not all we could do,” the head of Russia said.

He stressed that in order to achieve negotiations, it is necessary to sit down at the table and negotiate.

“So we agreed in Istanbul, and they (Kyiv and the West – Note. ed.) took it and threw everything into the basket,” Putin summed up.
