The terrorist attack in Olenivka, as a result of which more than 50 captured Ukrainian defenders were cynically killed, is yet another confirmation that Russia is a terrorist state.

“We discussed in detail the terrorist attack, staged by Russian monsters in Olenivka, as a result of which more than 50 captured Ukrainian defenders were cynically killed. There is enough evidence that this was a planned crime. And this is another confirmation that Russia is a terrorist state,” the statement says. in the message.

Zelensky is convinced that UN and the ICRC, which must guarantee the preservation of the life and health of our prisoners of war, must respond immediately to this situation.

As Ukrinform reported, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian military deliberately fired on the colony in Olenivka, where Ukrainian prisoners of war were kept.

The General Staff called the Kremlin’s statements about the alleged shelling of civilian infrastructure and the population by the Armed Forces of Ukraine “an outright lie and a provocation.”

According to available information from Ukrainian intelligence, the murder of Ukrainian prisoners in the temporarily occupied Olenivka, Donetsk region, was carried out by mercenaries from the Wagner private military company.
