It is noted that in September the first invitations for vaccination will be sent. The first to receive them are people at risk, as well as medical personnel in contact with patients.

Then all other segments of the population will be invited for vaccination.

A new wave of COVID-19 cases is expected in the fall.

As Ukrinform reported, the Netherlands is preparing to conduct a new round of vaccination against coronavirus, which should start in the fall of 2022.

Health Minister Ernst Kuipers has instructed the Dutch National Institute of Health (RIVM) and the Municipal Health Service (GGD) to prepare for a new round of coronavirus vaccinations.

The Minister called on doctors to be prepared for the development of events also according to the most pessimistic scenario, which provides for the need to vaccinate 1.5 million people a week.
