The National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the fields of energy and utilities, canceled the licenses of two energy companies whose ultimate beneficiaries are citizens of the Russian Federation.

“After documentary confirmation of the establishment of control over the activities of the licensee in the meaning given in Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Economic Competition”, residents of the states committing armed aggression against Ukraine, in the meaning given in Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Defense of Ukraine”, the Regulator revoked the licenses of two companies,” the statement said.
Thus, the licenses of Generation Plus (electricity generation) and BNH Ukraine (natural gas supply) companies were annulled.
