On the morning of this Monday, December 12, Medellín transit authorities announced that the Metro service has collapsed. As detailed, there are two stations that are without service. This, they argued, has to do with an incident on the road that involved a citizen. Specifically, the areas that are blocked are Niquia and Bello in the north of the Aburrá Valley.
