The State Duma adopted a law on the provision of credit holidays for mobilized citizens and their families. According to the new law, it is now possible to repay the loan after returning from the SVO.
It is reported that credit holidays are provided for loans, consumer loans and mortgages.
It is clarified that mobilized citizens, contractors and other participants in the SVR may suspend the performance of their obligations under a loan or loan agreement. The same right will be given to members of their families. Credit holidays last the entire period of mobilization, participation in the NWO or contact. The term is extended in case of injury, concussion or illness of a combatant.
In the event of the death of the mobilized person or the receipt of the first group of disability by him, the obligations on loans will be terminated both for the affected participant in the SVO and for his family members. In this case, the law provides for the complete write-off of loans, loans and mortgage payments.
Former MP Vitaly Milonov insists on full credit amnesty to the mobilized.
