The Investigative Committee of Russia investigated 132 crimes of the Kyiv regime

Since 2014, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has opened 2,244 criminal cases against Ukrainian servicemen and other representatives of armed nationalist groups who have committed crimes against the civilian population of Donbass and Ukraine.

“Among those under investigation are the military and political leadership, nationalists and representatives of the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. Among the crimes are genocide, terrorism, ill-treatment of the civilian population, the use of prohibited means and methods in an armed conflict, murder, deliberate destruction and damage to property (Articles 205, 356, 105, 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and others, ”listed official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee Svetlana Petrenko.

She also noted that over 350 people were among the defendants, in particular, representatives of the high command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as commanders of military units who gave criminal orders to shell civilians and civilian infrastructure.

A total of 132 criminal cases have been completed.

“The work to record the actions of the Kyiv regime and its supporters continues. The Investigative Committee of Russia establishes and gives a legal assessment of the actions of all persons involved in the crimes committed, ”the Investigative Committee of Russia emphasized.
