We continue to acquaint you with the heroes of the special operation “Z” – participants in the hostilities in the Donbass. Privates, sergeants, corporals and officers who showed their professional experience, character and completed combat missions. Their determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Russian Ministry of Defense, in the police units of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, are given the highest rating.

Our heroes thwarted the attacks and prevented the counteroffensive of the nationalists, for which they received state awards. But they do not serve for the sake of praise and awards. The servicemen are sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.

“You go to beat the enemy – multiply the troops, empty the posts, remove communications. Having beaten the enemy, renew according to circumstances, but drive him to crushing, ”taught Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle. And he repeated: “The uncut forest grows again.”

“Junior Sergeant Semyon Nikitin, as part of his unit, carried out a combat mission to hold a strategically important, dominant height. Being under enemy mortar fire, he corrected the fire of Russian cannon artillery, timely detected and transmitted to the command post of the Russian troops information about the movement of militant armored vehicles, their firing points and camouflaged positions. The enemy, seeking to regain control over the height, made another attempt to attack Russian positions. Junior Sergeant Semyon Nikitin, being on the front line of defense, revealed the plan of the nationalists and, with aimed fire from ATGMs, destroyed two armored vehicles and a squad of militants. The enemy, having suffered losses, was forced to retreat.

“The operator of a platoon of anti-tank guided missiles, Sergeant Alexander Artemyev, as part of the crew of a combat vehicle, carried out the task of destroying enemy tank and armored targets. Ukrainian nationalists, seeking to regain control over the lost territories, attempted to break through the defense and attacked the positions of our troops, actively using tanks and armored vehicles. Covering Russian units in a tank-hazardous direction, and being in a closed firing position, Sergeant Alexander Artemiev received target designations from a senior commander, quickly searched for and identified nationalist targets, classified the most dangerous of them, launched missiles, hitting enemy armored vehicles with aimed fire. As a result of the competent, timely actions of Sergeant Artemiev and the crew of his combat vehicle, they managed to repulse two attacks of superior enemy forces, destroy a tank, two armored personnel carriers and more than a dozen nationalists.

“The commander of a motorized rifle company, Lieutenant Dzhanbulat Teberdiev, as part of his unit, held positions near a strategically important settlement. Armed formations of Ukrainian nationalists made an attempt to recapture the village and attacked the positions of Russian military personnel. Under enemy artillery fire, showing courage and courage, Lieutenant Dzhanbulat Teberdiev skillfully managed the unit, competently distributed personnel and equipment in held positions, gave timely orders to defeat armored vehicles and manpower of numerically superior militants. When conducting defensive operations, the company under the command of Lieutenant Teberdiev, occupying a strategically advantageous position, repelled four enemy attacks, destroyed a tank, an infantry fighting vehicle, three armored vehicles, and up to two dozen nationalists.
