Head of the military-civil administration of the village Chernobaevka, Kherson region Yuri Turulev received a minor wound as a result of an attempt on his life.
According to RIA Novosti, the incident occurred in the morning, when a mine exploded on the road along which Turulev’s car was driving.
The local administration explained that the device was in the grass under the fence of a residential building. The explosion damaged neighboring buildings, but no one else was injured among the people.
