The mayor also stressed that all the places where cluster elements could be scattered are currently unknown. So he urged people to be careful.
At about 11 p.m., an air raid alert was announced on the territory of Apostolovoye. Then a message appeared in which the mayor asked people to stay in shelters for another half an hour.
