“I was born and raised in Crimea, where I have not been since 2013. A month and a half ago, I went there and was surprised to understand how far Crimea had gone during this time. Built modern buildings, a bunch of modern equipment. All the stories about people walking there with earflaps, balalaikas and bears are all nonsense. There are more salaries. I met my friends there whom I had not seen for many years. They won’t lie to me. I was convinced that they began to live better,” said Romaskevich at the forum.
