The government has reduced the time for approval of territorial planning documents from one month to 10 days. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to the website of the cabin.
According to the document, the 10-day period for agreeing on changes to territorial planning schemes concerns construction projects implemented at the expense of budgetary funds, reconstruction of objects of regional importance and bringing local schemes in line with Russian territorial planning documents. In all other cases, the approval of changes should take no more than 20 days.
In addition, the preparation, approval and publication of the draft territorial planning scheme will now be carried out electronically. This will simplify the procedure and increase the efficiency of interaction between authorities and organizations responsible for territorial planning.
It will be easier and faster for the regions to coordinate the territorial planning documents necessary to create a comfortable urban environment .
Earlier, Mishustin appointed a new head of the Territorial Development Fund, Ilshat Shagiakhmetov. The powers of the previous general director of the organization, Konstantin Tsitsin, were terminated ahead of schedule at his request. The Fund carries out the complex development of the territory, performs the functions of a developer and technical customer, conducts construction control, and ensures the introduction of resource-saving technologies.
