The incident happened after 4:00 pm.

Two sections were de-energized in the village of Gorno Prakhovo and one each in the villages of Dolno Prakhovo, Chernigov, Bashevo and Borovitsa.

“The electoral process was not interrupted. The vehicles continued to operate on batteries, and firefighters were sent to the sites to supply them with generators. Also, three brigades of the electricity distribution company are going to the district to eliminate the failure of the accident,” said Pavel Gatev.

He added that in the village of Borovitsa, the car was powered by a neighboring house, where there was electricity.
