Member of the State Duma Denis Parfenov said that Russian parliamentarians had been sent invitations to an event in which the leader of the Russian Federation would take part Vladimir Putin. According to the deputy, the meeting will take place on Friday, September 30, in the Kremlin.
“The event will start at 15:00,” Parfenov added.
