Russian troops fired again at the border areas of the Sumy and Chernihiv regions

Russian troops on Tuesday evening fired at the border areas of the Sumy and Chernihiv regions.

The State Border Service informs about this in Facebookreports Ukrinform.

According to the State Border Guard Service, at about 19:00, enemy planes twice launched unguided missiles at the border areas of the Shostka district of the Sumy region.

Also in the evening, there were two mortar attacks on the territory of the Gorodnyansky district of the Chernihiv region, which were carried out from the Russian village of Novye Yurkovichi.

The consequences of enemy shelling are being investigated.

As Ukrinform reported, on May 9, at about 10 p.m., Russian troops shelled the territories of the Novoslobodsk and Vorozhbyansk communities of the Sumy region.

On the same day, Russian aviation fired unguided missiles at the border territory of the Chernihiv region. In particular, the enemy made several launches into the depths of half a kilometer from the line of the state border across the territory of the Novgorod-Seversky and Koryukovsky regions.

On May 10, from the territory of Russia, the enemy fired at the Belopolsky bulk of the Sumy region, using multiple rocket launchers.
