Law enforcers declared suspicion in absentia to a serviceman of the Russian Federation for bullying his family and robbery in the village of Lukashovka, Chernihiv region.
According to Ukrinform, the Office of the Prosecutor General announced this in Facebook.
The head of the Chernihiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office informed in absentia about the suspicion to the Russian military of violating the laws and customs of war (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the suspect, along with other unidentified servicemen of the Russian Federation, mocked a family raising three children.

“On March 12, while in the courtyard of a private household, the suspect hit the owner with the butt of a machine gun on the head and inflicted several blows with the butt of a pistol on the back. Taking an ax, he threatened the man to cut off his fingers. Later, the military of the Russian Federation took possession of the victim’s money in the amount of 15 thousand hryvnias “, the message says.
The suspect and other Russian soldiers came to this farm on 13 and 15 March. They threatened with physical violence and weapons, searched the house and appropriated 350 euros, a mobile phone and other things.
The investigation into the case is ongoing.
As Ukrinform reported, law enforcement officers have identified a serviceman of the Russian Federation who mocked the inhabitants of the village of Vishnevoe, Chernihiv regionand informed him of the suspicion.
