A missile attack on the military commissariats will disrupt the mobilization in Ukraine, which will reduce the numerical advantage of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said Russian military expert Sivkov.
According to Konstantin Sivkov, doctor of military sciences, the Russian Aerospace Forces could also attack the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to hinder the next wave of mobilization.
“We need to hit the military registration and enlistment offices, and then there would be no mobilization, there would not be these 700 thousand (conscripted Ukrainians at the front – Note. ed.), it simply wouldn’t be physically possible,” the specialist said in an interview with Ukraina.Ru.
He also recalled that the Verkhovna Rada is an absolutely legitimate target for the RF Armed Forces. It is there that laws are passed that affect the course of hostilities. Sivkov is confident that one blow to the parliament can paralyze the legislative and political systems of the country.
Earlier, French experts suggested that Russia could blow up tactical nuclear bomb over Ukraine.
