Russia will not respond to the Nord Stream explosions

Director of the Institute for Political Studies Sergey Markov commented to Pravda.Ru on the statement of the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin about involvement of the West to explosions on the Nord Streams.

“Probably, these are organized state structures of the United States, Britain, Ukraine and Poland – these are the main suspects. They are most intensively involved in this kind of terrorist attacks in recent years. They do all this with impunity. Therefore, their participation in the incidents at Nord Stream is most likely,” Markov said.

In his opinion, the special services of Ukraine, which acted under the control of Washington and London, were involved in the incident.

“This is a terrorist proxy war that is being waged against Russia. This was not done directly by the special services of the United States and Britain, but by the Ukrainian special services controlled by them. So far, Russia, apparently, will not respond to this,” the source said.

Earlier, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, said that Russia has materials indicating the role of the West in organizing and carrying out explosions at Nord Stream.
