Putin signs the law on the annexation to Russia of four Ukrainian regions

MOSCOW, Oct 5 (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday signed a law formally annexing four Ukrainian regions partially controlled by the Russian military to Russia, state news agency TASS reported.
