Kremlin official Dmitry Peskov called the situation in Donetsk uneasy.
At the briefing, he noted that the primary task of the Russian army is to protect the civilian population of Donbass. According to him, the solution of combat missions within the framework of the special operation continues.
“We see a difficult situation in Donetsk. Of course, our military is concentrating on this,” Peskov said.

Formerly acting head of the DPR Denis Pushilin called for the complete liberation of the republic from Ukrainian nationalists. He stressed that today more than 50 percent of the territory of the DPR is under the control of the Russian army.
