Member of the expert council of “Officers of Russia” Alexander Perendzhiev commented on the shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine of a column of refugees near Kharkov.
Formerly head of the Luhansk People’s Republic representative office in Russia Rodion Miroshnik stated that as a result of strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on refugee column about 30 people died in the Kharkiv region.
According to Perendzhiyev, Kyiv’s terrorist acts against its own citizens are caused by “the occupier’s complex.”
“Being in their own country, they behave like occupiers,” the expert said in an interview with Narodnye Novosti.
He noted that the Kyiv regime is controlled by the West, so the Ukrainian leaders feel in Kyiv, as if on a business trip. They became occupation regime for their country, so they use terrorist methods to eliminate their own citizens, Perendjiev added.
