How much they pay mobilized in Russia in 2022, says the portal Explain.rf.

Everyone who is called up as part of partial mobilization to participate in a special military operation is entitled to payments in the amount of at least 195 thousand rubles per calendar month. The payment is accrued from the moment the mobilized personnel of the military unit are enrolled in the lists. It does not matter where this part is located. Payments to those mobilized in the Russian Federation are also made for the period of education and training. If a serviceman called up for mobilization ends up in a hospital, he will also receive monetary allowance for the entire period of treatment.

The terms and amounts of payments to those mobilized in the Russian Federation are determined by the relevant order of the President Vladimir Putin.

But the salary at a permanent place of work for a soldier called up for mobilization will not be paid, because the labor contract with him is suspended for the duration of mobilization. They will not pay pensions to military pensioners called up as part of partial mobilization. The mobilized receive monetary allowance, which consists of a salary according to military rank, a salary according to military position and an allowance for length of service. A surcharge is also possible for special conditions of service.

But if a military pensioner is not subject to mobilization, but joins a detachment of volunteers, the payment of a pension to him will not stop.

In order to receive payments to those mobilized in the Russian Federation without delay, you need to provide passport data and TIN in the military unit. It is allowed to provide a photocopy of the passport and an extract from the State Services service or the personal account of the nalog.ru service.

By the way, payments to those mobilized in the Russian Federation cannot be transferred to the relatives of a serviceman. The monetary allowance is transferred only to the bank account belonging to the most mobilized. It is subject to personal income tax at a rate of 13 percent, and deductions to the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund are not made from it.

And one moment. If you receive a call on behalf of the military registration and enlistment office staff and are asked to provide a bank card number, its CVV code or other data, allegedly to ensure that a mobilized person receives a payment, remember that scammers are calling with such a request. The military registration and enlistment office also does not send out SMS, the numbers of which allegedly need to be dictated to the caller.
