Larisa Udovichenko commented on the rumors that she emigrated to France. In recent days, rumors have been circulating on the Web that the 67-year-old actress has finally moved to live on the Cote d’Azur. Allegedly, the artist owns a house in Nice, and decided to settle there. The “Meeting Place Can’t Be Changed” star called the news stupid. And she said that she prefers not to confuse tourism with emigration.

– Even if they gave me a house and servants on the Cote d’Azur, I still would not move there. Because it’s one thing to drive a beautiful car along the coast, but it’s quite another to live there permanently. Boredom to death! Udovichenko told reporters. – In addition, I already have housing in Bulgaria. I come there to rest in the summer, but I do not always live.

The actress bought an apartment in one of the elite complexes in Bulgaria a few years ago. Her housemates are Nadezhda Babkina, Lera Kudryavtseva, Lolita and other stars.

But which of the stars definitely owns real estate on the Cote d’Azur, it’s TV presenter Tatyana Vedeneeva. Before the coronavirus pandemic, the star of the Good Night, Kids! lived in two countries: she has an apartment in Moscow, a house in the Moscow region and apartments on the southern coast of France. She called real estate in Europe her dacha. And she said that she feels at home on the Cote d’Azur, because many Russians live there. According to her, almost half of the real estate in the south of France has been bought up by foreigners, including Russians. Prices for apartments on the Mediterranean coast are lower than for apartments in Moscow.

– In the south of France, at least half of the solid real estate belongs to foreigners, including Russians. Before the pandemic, in the season, three planes a day were packed, because the prices for apartments in Nice, even on the first coastline, are lower than for apartments in Moscow, Vedeneeva said. – In general, this is my cottage.

True, now that Russian bank cards do not work abroad, and it is expensive to constantly fly to Europe, many stars are seriously thinking that they may lose their European real estate. Back in May, actress Vera Sotnikova said that her apartment in Cannes was sealed for non-payment of utility bills.

The actress admits that during the pandemic she almost lost her apartment. Due to the coronavirus, she was unable to arrive on time and pay utility bills. Sotnikova had accumulated a debt, and the French authorities simply changed the locks in her apartment so that she could not get there.

– Because of the debt on the apartment, the lock was changed in it – it turns out that they have the right to do so. I freaked out! To change the lock, you had to go to them, pay for the apartment, pay the fine, the bailiffs, the castle itself. And because of the pandemic, I couldn’t do it,” Sotnikova was indignant.

By the way, numerous cases are already known when Russian citizens in France and Monaco have their bank accounts blocked and refused to renew their residence permit, forcing them to leave.
