National police discovered assets of Russian corporations worth more than ₴7.75 billion

The police have identified 19 Ukrainian companies controlled by the Russian Federation. Their assets amount to over UAH 7.75 billion.

This was reported on site National Police, Ukrinform reports.

So, during the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the facts of sabotage and waging an aggressive war (part 1 of article 113, part 1 of article 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), law enforcement officers identified 19 companies controlled by the Russian Federation. The assets of Russian corporations amount to more than UAH 7.75 billion, including offshore.

“Identified property and corporate rights of 19 Ukrainian enterprises that were controlled by the Russian corporations Rostec, Rosneft, Gazprom, RusAl, Rosatom, HMS Group, Tatneft and Russian banks, the court handed over to management ARMA. Real estate and movable property worth hundreds of millions of hryvnias were also transferred,” the message says.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the SBU with operational support from the National Police. Procedural guidance is exercised by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

As Ukrinform previously reported, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, courts in Ukraine have arrested the assets of Russian and Belarusian companies for UAH 39.5 billion.
