Also the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov was awarded an honorary title Hero of the Luhansk People’s Republic. He received the award from Leonid Pasechnikthe head of the LPR, who thanked the head of Chechnya for his help in the liberation of the republic.

Commander of the Ukrainian Operational Command “South” Andrey Kovalchuk declared readiness Kyiv authorities to mobilize about half a million more people.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba stated that the International Criminal Court can’t qualify Russia’s actions during the special operation in Ukraine as “aggression”.
