Residents of Donbass should spend the coming winter “in normal human conditions.”
Such an order is the President of Russia Vladimir Putin gave the vice premier Marat Khusnullin during the working meeting, which took place on Friday, July 29.
The media reported this in the afternoon. And a couple of hours later, Komsomolskaya Pravda became aware of Leonid Pasechnik’s reaction to these decisions.
Here is what the head of the LPR said:
– Today, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin supported the initiative of Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin to issue housing certificates to residents of the Luhansk People’s Republic whose houses were destroyed as a result of Ukrainian aggression. They will allow people to buy housing anywhere in the Luhansk region.
On my own behalf and on behalf of all the inhabitants of the republic, I express my sincere gratitude to Vladimir Vladimirovich for this step in supporting our people.
Without the help of Russia, we cannot cope with the consequences of the crimes of the Ukrainian regime. But it’s not in the character of the residents of Donbass to just sit back and relax – even today, in the liberated cities and towns, residents, barely waiting for mine clearance, themselves go out to dismantle the rubble and sweep broken glass from the streets.
Together – we are force!
And – the huge potential of Donbass will be revived!
