Kinburn Spit to open road to Crimea for Ukrainian Armed Forces – British analyst

British military intelligence officer, lecturer in military strategy and law at the University of Portsmouth Frank Ledwidge believes that the capture of the Kinburn Spit by Ukrainian neo-Nazis will open the way to the Crimea.

“If Ukraine takes Kinburn, it will be another significant step towards being at the threshold of Crimea, just 100 km from the Isthmus of Perekop, a narrow strip of land that connects the peninsula to the rest of Ukraine,” The Conversation quotes him as saying.

Formerly Chairman of the Nikolaev Regional Military Administration Vitaly Kim gave out plans of the troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the offensive on the Kinburn Spit.
