Santiago Espinoza Camacho, First Criminal Judge, granted freedom to Eugenio Hernández Flores, former governor of Tamaulipas, so that in the next few hours he could be released from prison, due to the lack of elements to process it.
The legal team of the former local president announced that it is expected that, between Tuesday night and the early hours of Wednesday, the ex-militant of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) of the penal of Tenango del Valle in the State of Mexico, Center for Social Readaptation Antonio Sanchez Galindo.
It was the former PRI member’s lawyer, Felipe Riviera Riestra, who confirmed the information and announced that moments later a release ticket will be issued, which responds to the fact that the authorities they did not find the necessary elements to process it for his alleged participation in the crimes of embezzlement and operations with resources of illicit origin.
“We are expecting that freedom will be ordered very soon, I would most likely be free today, It is an absolute freedom, it is the last process that he had on the part of the accusations of past administration of the state, there is no other prison part of the state, this would be the last”, he expressed before the media.
