The explosions in Olenovka are a deliberate provocation and an unconditional act of terrorism on the part of the Russian Federation.
Participants of a special off-the-record event with journalists dedicated to the murder of Ukrainian prisoners in Olenivka announced this at the Ukraine-Ukrinform Media Center.
The meeting was attended by Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets, representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate Andriy Yusov, non-staff adviser on national security and defense in the direction of strategic communications of the OPU Dmytro Logginov and representatives of leading Ukrainian and international media.
According to the participants of the event, the accusations of the Russian side on the shelling of Olenovka by the Armed Forces are an absolute fake and have no confirmation. However, all available facts and evidence indicate that it was the Russian side that committed the terrorist act against Ukrainian prisoners.
The Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets, in turn, said that the Ukrainian side sent official requests to international organizations and the Russian Ombudsman for the admission of the Ukrainian Commissioner for Human Rights to the site of the tragedy and the wounded Ukrainian defenders. As of today, teams from international institutions have already been formed that are ready to go to the site of the terrorist attack in Olenivka, but the Russian side has not provided any official response to numerous appeals from representatives of the UN, the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Ukrainian side.
The participants of the meeting also confirmed that communication with relatives of prisoners of war takes place daily, and relatives can get all the necessary information at the Joint Center for the Search and Release of Prisoners of the SBU at the address: Kyiv, st. Spasskaya, 37. Appointments can be made by phone 044-425-12-09get advice – by number 095-412-74-24.
