Households are already paying more than a few thousand crowns a month for their livelihood. And the pace continues to grow. The rise in prices in April, expressed by Tuesday’s annual inflation rate of 14.2 percent, also outpaced the black scenarios of economists and bankers. From the point of view of the Czech Statistical Office, our wallets are losing dramatically, especially when it comes to energy, transport and food bills. And at a pace that the Czechia has not remembered for the last three decades.
