The city council notes that the invaders are once again trying to distract residents from real problems with “picture events.”
“Collaborators cannot provide normal water and heating, but they hold concerts in the city, where hundreds of unburied people are still under the rubble,” the city council said.
At the same time, an adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petr Andryushchenko, commenting on the intentions of the invaders, wrote in Telegram: “So, a performance at the Drama Theater, a rock concert at Azovstal. Next – Halloween at the mass graves in Stary Krym?”
As reported earlier, the invaders in Mariupol announced that on September 10 they would open a new theater season in the Drama Theater they had bombed, where at least 300 civilians were killed.
Russian aggression caused one of the greatest humanitarian disasters in Mariupol. The city is almost completely destroyed as a result of enemy shelling. Mariupol today without a normal supply of electricity, water, gas. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, about 22,000 civilians have died in the city. More than 50 thousand were deported to Russia and to the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region.
