According to the IVA, we are talking about communities and facilities that have been converted in order to accommodate displaced people who still lived in educational institutions.

It is noted that such a center is being set up in the Sredne TG in Uzhgorod region.

According to the chairman of the Transcarpathian OVA, Viktor Mikita, more people can be accommodated in such centers with minimal costs for proper arrangement.

According to Mikita, the community offered one of the central facilities for housing for migrants from the war zone, which was already partially financed from state budget. Currently, they are working on the corresponding project and financial and economic justification.

“It is important for me that the heads of communities are integrated into this process as much as possible and lead it locally. The initiative in these matters belongs to the communities,” Mikita said.
