In the Transcarpathian region, all drones found in the air will be confiscated and transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was announced by the head of the Transcarpathian regional military administration Viktor Mikita in Facebookreports Ukrinform.
According to him, in Transcarpathia, smugglers have stepped up their attempts to move tobacco products across the state border using unmanned aerial vehicles, quadrocopters and other aircraft.
“This expensive equipment can only be obtained by special order. Considering these circumstances, the Regional Defense Council recommended the confiscation of such aircraft from violators with the subsequent transfer, by decision, to our Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of combat operations,” the head of the Regional Military Administration explained.
The same, Nikita stressed, applies to civilians. droneswhich are sometimes used by citizens, in violation of the requirements due to martial law.
The head of the UVA called on residents to comply with the restrictions, and advised violators of the state border to simply buy unmanned aerial vehicles, quadrocopters and other aerotechnics and immediately transfer them to the intelligence units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As reported, on February 27, the use of drones, quadrocopters and other private aircraft was prohibited in the territory of Transcarpathia. Then it was noted that if these devices are found in the air, they will be destroyed, and the owners will be detained.
