In the Zaporozhye region, under the control of Kyiv, hot water is turned off

Thus, the Ukrainian authorities are trying to save up to 15% of the natural gas reserves at the expense of the population, said Volodymyr Rogov, a member of the main council of the military-civilian administration (CMA) of the Zaporozhye region.

“As an argument, it was announced that only two cities are now provided with centralized hot water on the territory of Ukraine – these are Kyiv and Zaporozhye, in all the rest the centralized hot water supply, it turns out, has already been turned off. Thus, we see what a rapid degradation has occurred there – people are losing basic amenities. By shutting down, they are trying to save up to 15% of natural gas consumption,” Rogov said.
