Journalists said that a 17-year-old cadet of the University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs died in Stavropol. According to media reports, the teenager contracted the flu.

According to SHOT, the teenager was admitted to the hospital on December 10. Doctors diagnosed an acute respiratory viral infection of moderate severity. The young man died due to cardiac arrest.

According to medical experts, the cause of death of the cadet was the complications caused by the flu. To confirm this theory, it is necessary to conduct an examination.

Formerly immunologist Vladimir Bolibok explained how to distinguish coronavirus infection from the flu. In the latter case, most likely, a person’s temperature will rise, the expert noted.
