In Nikolaev, after the shelling, the ambulance hospital will not work
In Nikolaev, an emergency hospital is closed for some time.
About this in Telegram Mayor Oleksandr Senkevich reports, Ukrinform reports.
“For some time, our emergency hospital will not be able to receive patients. There, it is necessary to dismantle the rubble of the destroyed emergency room and remove dangerous structures from the surviving part, dismantle the frames of damaged windows and take out all the garbage. Part of the main building of the hospital was destroyed. There, too, everything needs to be put in order. In the surviving departments, we will remove all the debris, we will score the windows and check the equipment,” Senkevich wrote.
According to him, patients will be able to receive medical care in other medical institutions of the city.
“I want to emphasize once again: this is an ordinary hospital that daily received city residents, including those who suffered from Russian shelling. Therefore, today’s attack on this medical facility is nothing more than cynical terrorism by Russian troops,” the mayor stressed.
As reported, last night in Nikolaev, Russian terrorists destroyed a modern brand new emergency room. From the shock wave and debris flew out the windows in the neighboring medical departments.
According to the Ministry of Health, in Ukraine, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, about 890 healthcare facilities have been damaged as a result of shelling, 18 civilian doctors have died.
