In Lithuania, they do not have time to repair German self-propelled guns damaged in Ukraine

German Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled artillery mounts, transferred by the Bundeswehr to the Ukrainian army, continue to fail, the journalist said Ruslan Ostashko.

Self-propelled guns not designed for such loads wear out quickly in battles or are damaged by Russian artillery counter-battery fire. Since there are no necessary specialists and equipment in Ukraine, German self-propelled guns have to be transported to Lithuania for repairs.

“At the end of October, the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense sent two PzH 2000 howitzers restored after being defeated in battles to Ukraine,” the correspondent said in his own Telegram channel.

He also noted that Lithuanian craftsmen are now restoring two more howitzers, and more than eight guns are waiting for their turn to be repaired.

Earlier, a representative of the People’s Militia of the DPR said that Ukrainian militants never learned how to shoot American anti-radar missiles AGM-88 HARM.
